I have had my eye on these since the first commercial. I owned a pair of toning flip flops from curves and loved the feel and relax and hoped these would be the same, only more stylish. I recieved them for Christmas and can't stop wearing them!!
I work All day on my feet and try to take care of my legs (however I am not in tip top shape). The first day I wore both Ted hose (to keep Vericose Veins at bay) and socks. I authentically couldn't tell at the time how comfortable these shoes were, but still liked them. The 2nd day I tried w/o the Ted hose and just wore a sock. phenomenal difference. They were so comfortable & breathable. That night I could feel the backs of my legs ached a diminutive bit, like I had done a short workout. A merge more days down and still experiencing the same results.
Do I expect these to give me rock hard muscles, no, but I do believe they will advantage me in 2 ways, help give a boost on toning and let me work in relax at the same time. Who knows I may be shocked on the toning benefits over time. I will say that I do feel as though my posture is great with these. I also noticed my legs don't seem to tire, as with other shoes.
Would I advise these to a friend? Yes! Would I buy other pair? Yes, in fact I am thinking about going ahead and ordering other pair to have on hand & a pair of flip flops.
